Our front desk is open from 7 am until midnight. You are welcome to check-in at our reception or use the online self-check-in. Room keys can be picked up from 3pm. Should you arrive early you are welcome to already use all common areas (kitchen, lounge, bar, toilets) and store your luggage in our storage room until your room is ready for check-in. 

Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel building. Please speak to our front desk if you need assistance to connect.

There are no hairdryers in the rooms, however, it is possible to rent a hairdryer at the front desk. Please note that we take a 10 EUR deposit for hairdryers which will of course be returned once the dryer is handed back in.

Please note that reception closes at midnight! In order not to be marked as a no-show we kindly ask you to contact us if you are going to arrive late.

If you want to arrive past midnight, you are able to use the door bell outside the main entrance. It will automatically connect you to our emergency night shift. The night shift will be able to hand you your keys and let you enter the bedroom. You will however have to come back to finish the actual check-in paperwork the following morning.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any free hotel parking.

As the area around our hotel is a short term parking area we highly recommend you to leave your car in a nearby park&ride. Park& Ride Ottakring (located on Huttengasse 41) offers safe 24 hr parking for 4,10 EUR and a direct connection to the U3 which brings you right back to the hotel!

We do not recommend the park and ride at Westbahnhof as it is extremely expensive.

If you want to leave the car directly in front of the hotel our front desk is able to sell you short term parking tickets for a max. duration of 2 hr. Parking on Felberstr. is free from 10 pm until 9 am and on Sundays.

Please note that we don’t usually accept pets except for assistance dogs. 

Should you however be in desperate need to find a room for you and your dog please get in touch directly. If ground floor rooms are available, exceptions can be made if you agree to pay an additional cleaning fee.

Additionally, we are able to tailor the perfect offer for your group and give you a 10% discount.We also credit special cancellation conditions to all Austrian school groups.

Whether you are in need of single rooms or a dormitory for a group of employees we are happy to tailor the perfect offer for your company and give you a 10% discount.

If you are looking for long-term accomodation rooms for monthly rent are also available in our nearby long-term apartments (note: we do not offer long-term accomodation in the hotel building).

A fully equipped communal kitchen for self-catering and a large common area can be found on the ground level. The nearest supermarket is only 3 min away.

Please note that we do not have a restaurant in the hotel! We offer a daily buffet breakfast from 7:30-10:30 and a hotel bar that also provides some snacks. Our team is however happy to recommend some restaurants and coffee shops to you.

Our front desk is open daily from 7 am until midnight and happy to assist and aid you with all problems or questions.
